The Microsoft 365 suite of applications is generally recognised as being a wonderful suite of applications, created purely for the purpose of improving productivity.
Productivity can be improved further still through the application of keyboard shortcuts. I find myself using these more and more recently, so I thought that I'd share them with you, along with some of my favourites.

Send this message - Ctrl+Enter / Alt+S
Reply to this message - R / Ctrl+R
Reply all to this message - Shift+R / Ctrl+Shift+R
Forward this message - Shift+F / Ctrl+Shift+F
Save draft - Ctrl+S
Discard draft – Esc
Insert a hyperlink - Ctrl+K
Exit message editor - Alt+F10

Select/Unselect this message - Ctrl+Space
Select all messages - Ctrl+A
